About Comet's Landing Ranch
Comet’s Landing Ranch is intentionally small and purposefully managed. The emphasis is on quiet daily rhythms, practical facilities, and care decisions made with the individual horse in mind.
This is not a high-volume or lesson-focused operation. It is a place designed for owners who value consistency, clear expectations, and a peaceful setting for their horses.
- Small-scale, low-traffic environment
- Pasture-based management
- Clear routines and straightforward communication
How it works
Boarding
Daily care
Boarding is structured around consistency and individual needs. Horses live on 24/7 pasture turnout with access to timothy hay round bales, clean water, and daily visual checks.
Evening supplements are fed daily (provided by the owner). Blanketing decisions are based on temperature and the individual horse rather than a one-size approach.
Facilities & use
Horses have access to a 20m round pen, a 30m × 45m sand arena with sand footing, and a wash rack. A designated private stall is included for use during weather events only.
The ranch maintains a maximum of five horses on the property at any time to preserve space, calm routines, and attentive care.
